JCI pay freeze threatens dispute

Johnson Controls International's decision to announce a wage freeze threatens a dispute which could affect BBC's London premises.

BECTU has condemned the announcement as 'hypocritical and derisory' given that JCI managers remain in line for a bonus based on the company's overall performance.
