Pay rise agreed at Johnson Controls

Members at Johnson Controls International have voted to accept a 4% pay increase, backdated to the pay anniversary date of 1 July.

This year's talks have been prolonged following the employer’s initial rejection of the union’s claim; however, the union’s team were determined to hold out for a reasonable offer.
