Work-to-rule at Capita
Industrial action in Capita's BBC HR unit, which started with a one day strike, is set to continue.
Members have voted for an indefinite work-to-rule in their fight to resist being transferred to non-BBC work when the company moves most of its White City posts to a Belfast call centre next year.
The ballot to carry out the work-to-rule, in which 80% of members voted for action short of a strike, came after a successful one-day stoppage on 30 June, when dozens of staff who had been transferred to Capita from BBC People walked out.
Capita took over nearly 300 staff from BBC Human Resources in a cost-cutting outsourcing earlier this year.
Ex-BBC staff now in Capita who do not want to transfer to Belfas have been offered alternative employment on non-BBC contracts in London.
However the union is sticking to a demand that they should have the opportunity to opt for redundancy when the move occurs.
